摘 要:摘 要: 雌激素受体α (estrogen receptor α, ERα) 是核受体超家族成员,主要以配体依赖的方式发挥其生物学功能。ERα 对女性生殖系统发育起作用,影响子宫内膜的增殖与分化。研究证实,ERα 介导的基因转录在I 型子宫内膜癌变进程中扮演着重要的角色。此外,雌激素受体β (estrogen receptor β, ERβ) 或雌激素相关受体(estrogen-related receptor, ERR) 也参与此过程中,并与ERα 有功能联系。主要综述ERα 介导的基因转录中参与转录调控的辅助调节因子、ERα 下游重要的靶基因及其在子宫内膜癌中的重要作用,为子宫内膜癌的早期发现和治疗提供新的思路和靶点。
Abstract: Abstract: The estrogen receptor α (ERα) is a member of the nuclear receptor superfamily. ERα exerts its biological function via regulating transcription of its target genes in a ligand-dependent manner. ERα is important for the development of reproductive system in female and influences cell proliferation and differentiation of endometrium. ERα-mediated transcription plays a critical role in the progression of endometrial carcinoma. Meanwhile,the estrogen receptor β (ERβ) or estrogen-related receptor (ERR) is also involved in this process, and has the functional association with ERα. Based on the updated publications, we reviewed here some co-regulators involved in the modulation of ERα-mediated transactivation, several accepted ERα target genes, and their important roles in endometrial cancer. It would provide novel ideas and targets for early detection and treatment of endometrial carcinomas.
