线粒体解偶联剂的研究进展

摘 要:摘 要: 线粒体是人体细胞重要的细胞器之一,主要功能是合成ATP,为细胞生命活动提供直接能量。线粒体解偶联剂使氧化磷酸化解偶联,是线粒体内的关键调节剂。简要综述线粒体解偶联剂和以解偶联作用为靶标的药物发现方面的研究进展。

Progress of study on mitochondrial uncoupler

Abstract: Abstract: Mitochondrion is one of the most important organelles in human body with the function of synthesizing ATP to provide energy for cell life activities. Uncoupler of oxidative phosphorylation is the key regulator in the mitochondria. The mitochondrial uncoupler and uncoupling as a target for drug discovery are briefly reviewed in this paper.
