miR-373与肿瘤相关研究进展

摘 要:摘 要: 微小RNA(microRNA, miRNA) 是一类小的非编码的RNA, 通过转录后调节靶基因的表达。miRNAs 作用十分广泛,在细胞增殖、分化和凋亡中起重要作用,因此,其表达及功能失调可以导致肿瘤发生。不同的miRNA 通过调节不同靶点而起作用不同,而有些miRNAs 来源于相同初级转录物,它们的作用却不相同, miR-371-373 就属于这样来源相同、作用不同的一簇。综述了miR-373 与肿瘤发生发展的相关研究。

The study progress in relationship between miR-373 and tumors

Abstract: Abstract: MicroRNAs are a class of small non-coding RNAs that function as key regulators of gene expression at the post-transcriptional level. They play important roles in cell proliferation, differentiation and apoptosis. Thus,disturbance of miRNA expression and function will result in tumors. Different miRNAs have different roles by regulating expression of various target genes. Some miRNAs are originated from the same pri-miRNA transcript but with different functions, such as miRs-371-373. This paper reviewed the molecular mechanisms of miR-373 related to occurrence and development of tumors.
