摘 要:摘 要: 陆生植物依靠根系从土壤中吸收水分和营养物质,而这些功能的行使主要依靠各种转运体和离子通道,因此,对植物根系通道蛋白的研究将为植物养分和水分的吸收提供理论依据。对目前发现存在于根部的各种通道蛋白进行了综述,阐释了根中营养物质和水分运输的分子生物学基础。

The channel proteins in root of Arabidopsis

Abstract: Abstract: The plant roots are the main organs to uptake water and nutrition from soil, ultimately these functions are relied on various transporters and ion channels in the root. Therefore, the study of channel proteins in root will provide theoretical basis for plant nutrient and water uptake. This review summarized the channel proteins found in root, and illustrated the basis of molecular biology in this process.
