摘 要:摘 要:在哺乳动物中,卵巢的主要生理功能包括排出成熟的卵母细胞与合成相关的生殖激素,而卵巢功能的维持和发挥依赖多种信使的传递和调控,其中颗粒细胞的増殖和成熟是关键一环。卵巢排卵是一个复杂的调控过程,除了需要具有发育能力的卵母细胞外,还需要通过许多信号分子的调控,如内分泌激素、免疫和代谢信号以及来自颗粒细胞分泌的各种调控因子。在前期研究的基础上,从生殖激素诱导的信号通路、排卵期的基因转录以及排卵相关的调控因子方面阐述哺乳动物卵巢的排卵过程,旨在为进一步理解卵巢排卵过程的分子调控机制以及不孕不育等卵巢疾病的治疗提供重要的研究方向和理论基础。

Regulatory effects of granulosa cells on ovarian ovulation in mammalians

Abstract: Abstract: In mammalians, the main physiological functions of the ovary contain releasing mature oocytes and synthesizing reproductive hormones, while the maintenance and effect of ovarian functions depend on the transfer and control of a variety of messengers, especially the proliferation and mature of granulosa cells. Ovarian ovulation is a complex regulating process, which not only requires developmentally competent oocytes, but also needs the regulation of many signal molecules, including endocrine hormones, immune and metabolic signals, as well as various regulating factors secreted by the granulosa cells. On the basis of our previous studies, the present review illustrated the mammalian ovary ovulation through the signaling pathway induced by reproductive hormones, the gene transcription during the ovulation and the regulating factors related to ovulation, in order to further understand the molecular regulating mechanisms of ovary ovulation and provide some important research direction and theoretical basis for
ovarian disease treatment like the infertility.
