肉毒碱棕榈酰基转移酶1A的研究进展

摘 要:摘 要:在真核生物的脂肪酸代谢过程中,肉毒碱棕榈酰基转移酶 (carnitine palmitoyltransferase 1A, CPT1A) 是长链脂肪酸由胞浆转移到线粒体氧化供能的关键限速酶。CPT1A 基因可受到体内多种转录因子、激素以及代谢物的调节,同时影响相关代谢类疾病的发生发展,是疾病治疗和药物开发的新靶点和热点。全面综述了CPT1A 基因在生理过程中的作用和调节,与疾病的相互关系以及相关药物的研究进展。

Abstract: Abstract: The majority of fatty acid β-oxidation occurs in mitochondria and is controlled by carnitine palmitoyltransferase 1A (CPT1A), which is a key regulator to facilitate the transfer of long-chain fatty acids across the mitochondrial membrane for β-oxidation in mammals. A variety of biologic compounds can regulate the activity of CPT1A and this regulation may influence the evolvement of several metabolic diseases. However, the transformation of CPT1A could bring new possibilities to researches and develop therapies and medicines for those related diseases. This paper mainly reviews the research progress of CPT1A’s effect and regulation in the life progression and the development of the related diseases and pharmacies of CPT1A.
