植物II型启动子功能研究的常用方法及其进展

摘 要:摘 要: 启动子是基因的一个重要组成部分,控制基因转录水平的表达,对其功能的研究成为基因表达调控研究的重要内容。简述了启动子的基本结构和功能分类,着重介绍了启动子功能研究的方法,包括利用生物信息学的预测、利用报告基因表达系统确定启动子的调控区或顺式调控元件以及利用调控蛋白与顺式调控元件结合的特性进行分析的技术,并提出了目前启动子研究存在的问题。

Abstract: Abstract: Promoter, an important part of gene, controls gene expression at the transcriptional level. Therefore, the study of promoter function has become the main contents of gene expression and regulation. In this article, the basic structure and classification of promoters were described briefly, and the methods for functional research of promoters were introduced in detail, including the application of bioinformatics for predicting promoter function, the identification of the regulatory regions or cis-regulatory elements of promoters using reporter gene expression system, and the screening methods of the crucial regulatory elements by the regulatory protein binding to the ciselements. Finally, the problems existing in current promoter research were also discussed.
