表观遗传修饰在植物逆境胁迫响应中的作用

摘 要:摘 要:DNA 甲基化、组蛋白修饰、染色体重塑和非编码RNA 调控是主要的表观遗传调控机制。表观遗传修饰对植物生长发育的调控研究已有一些报道。最近的研究表明,在逆境胁迫下表观遗传修饰可通过调控基因表达来提高植物的抗逆性。介绍了表观遗传修饰在植物应答生物及非生物胁迫中的生物学功能及其机制,为提高植物的抗逆性提供理论参考。

Role of epigenetic modifications in plant stress response

Abstract: Abstract: DNA methylation, histone modification, chromatin remodeling and small RNA-based regulation are major mechanisms for epigenetics. The importance of epigenetic regulation in plant growth has been well studied and highlighted in recent years. It was also found that epigenetic modifications can contribute to plant stress tolerance by regulating gene expression in response to the stress. This review introduces the biological functions and underlying mechanisms of epigenetic modifications in plant response to abiotic and biotic stress. Based on these discoveries, it is expected that possible methods may be put forward to improve the tolerance upon environmental challenge.
