植物RNA沉默途径及其核心蛋白的多样性

摘 要:摘 要: RNA沉默利用负调控手段,在基因的转录和转录后水平介导序列特异性的基因沉默,其在植物生长发育、基因组的稳定、对逆境和胁迫的响应与防御等方面发挥着重要作用。植物RNA沉默途径具有多样性,涉及的关键基因也比较多。系统地总结了该领域的最新进展,对植物RNA沉默的各个途径进行了较全面地阐述;对其核心蛋白在沉默途径中的具体作用和层次关系进行了阐述;同时,结合该领域的研究方向,提出了在植物RNA沉默研究过程中需要重视的问题。

Diversity of plant RNA silencing pathways and related core proteins

Abstract: Abstract: RNA silencing is a negative controlling mechanism, mediating specific gene silencing via complementarity principle, at the gene transcriptional and post-transcriptional level. It plays an important role in plant growth and development, genome stability, as well as response and defence to adversity and stress. Plant RNA silencing pathways are diverse and involve many core genes. This article comprehensively introduced the various pathways of plant RNA silencing, and discussed the specific function and hierarchical relationships of its core proteins. Meanwhile, combining the researches in this field, we put forward some problems that need to be paid attention to in the course of the plant RNA silencing study.
