分子系统学研究进展

摘 要:摘 要:传统意义上分子系统学主要分为种上水平的系统发生学和种下水平的种群遗传学研究。随着实验技术进步与计算机性能的提高,系统基因组学、系统地理学、DNA分类学、DNA条形码、MOTU分析、ESU分析等一批新的理论体系与分析手段不断涌现。同时,系统发生学与种群遗传学研究领域也有了新的进展。对分子系统学各研究领域进行了简要介绍,对其新的研究进展进行了评述,并对分子系统学今后的研究动向进行了展望。

Recent advances on molecular systematics

Abstract: Abstract: Traditionally, molecular systematics is divided into phylogenetics, which is focused on biological relationships above the species level, and population genetics, which is focused on biological relationships below the species level. In recent years, with the rapid developments of experimental technology and computer{$39}s operational ability, some new analysis methods and theories, such as phylogenomics, phylogeographics, DNA taxonomy, DNA barcoding, MOTU, and ESU, were developed, and meanwhile, some new advances also appeared within traditional phylogenetics and population genetics. Herein, we provided a brief introduction to these analysis methods and theories of molecular systematics, and subsequently overviewes of the recent advances on these research fields were given. Additionally, the research tendency of molecular systematics was discussed.
