生物资源的DNA条形码技术

摘 要:摘 要: DNA条形码是近年提出的一种分子鉴定新技术,该技术有利于发现新种和保护生物多样性,可有效监控珍稀濒危物种进、出口贸易,可实现有害生物及入侵种的快速查验,对我国生物资源保护具有重大意义。对DNA条形码技术在生物物种鉴定与分类、珍稀濒危和贵重生物资源保护、海关贸易监控、生物多样性保护及中药鉴定领域的重要实践应用进行了综述,认为DNA条形码技术在生物分类学、生物物种监管及中药流通管理等领域具有广阔的应用前景。

DNA barcoding of biological resources

Abstract: Abstract: DNA barcoding is a new method for species-level identification. The method might help to promote the discovery of new species, conserve biodiversity, monitor international trade in endangered species, and check harmful exotic species and invasive species, which has important meaning for protection of our biological resources. In this review, we summarized the application of DNA barcoding in species identification and taxonomy, preservation of endangered and valuable biological resources, custom trade surveillance, conservation of biodiversity, and identification of traditional Chinese medicinal materials. Moreover, we presented the wide application prospect of DNA barcoding in biological taxonomy, inspection of biological species, and circulating control of traditional Chinese medicinal materials.
