CLE多肽参与植物分生组织维持与分化平衡的信号转导研究

摘 要:摘 要: CLE (CLAVATA3/Embryo surrounding region-related) 是一类重要的植物多肽激素,参与了植物生长发育过程中细胞间的信号传递,尤其是对于茎尖分生组织(shoot apical meristem, SAM)、根尖分生组织(root apical meristem, RAM) 和维管( 原) 形成层((pro)cambium) 中干细胞的增殖与分化之间的平衡起着关键的作用。近年来研究表明,CLE 多肽激素参与不同分生组织维持与分化的分子机制较为类似,但亦有不同之处。综述了CLE 多肽激素调控不同分生组织分子机制的研究进展,着重讨论了CLE 多肽控制和影响植物维管( 原) 形成层细胞增殖与分化的信号通路,并对CLE 多肽激素影响树木次生生长等重要科学问题进行了展望。

CLE peptide signaling in balancing the maintenance and differentiation of meristems

Abstract: Abstract: CLE (CLAVATA3/Embryo surrounding region-related) peptides are well known signaling molecules which are involved in inter-cellular communication in different developmental processes. It has been shown that different meristematic tissues in plants, including shoot apical meristem (SAM), root apical meristem (RAM) and (pro)cambuim, employ CLE signaling to maintain a proper balance between differentiation and maintenance state of stem cells by similar regulatory mechanisms. We reviewed here recent advances on the role of CLE peptides in controlling cell-to-cell communication in three different types of meristematic tissues, with an emphasis on CLE siganling pathway in modulation of (pro)cambium. Furthermore, the perspective of CLE studies relative to munipulation of yield in woody plants was discussed.
