维甲酸诱导基因I的新功能

摘 要:摘 要:维甲酸诱导基因I (retinoic acid inducible gene-I, RIG-I) 最广为人知的生物学功能是抗病毒作用,其抗病毒作用机理及信号通路受到广泛关注。最近研究表明,RIG-I 不仅具有抗病毒功能,还参与炎症反应、细胞增殖分化、吞噬或细胞凋亡、免疫调节等诸多生物学事件。对RIG-I 在抗病毒固有免疫及其他领域功能的最新研究发现作一综述。

Noncanonical function of retinoic acid inducible gene-I

Abstract: Abstract: The antiviral role of retinoic acid inducible gene-I (RIG-I) has been well recognized, and most studies focus on its activation mechanism and down-stream signaling pathway in antiviral response. Recently, accumulating evidence suggests that RIG-I not only functions in antiviral systems but also participates in a series of biological events, such as inflammation, cell proliferation, differentiation, apoptosis and even immunoregulation. Here we review recent advances in antiviral study of RIG-I as well as its functions in other fields.
