RSK激酶的生物学功能及具体信号调节机制

摘 要:摘 要:RSKs 是一类位于MAPK 激酶下游的高度保守的丝氨酸/ 苏氨酸激酶,在mRNA 转录和蛋白质翻译调节中起着必不可少的作用。研究表明RSK 激酶在调节细胞增殖、存活以及细胞分化乃至细胞吞噬中发挥着重要作用。RSK 激酶信号在生命调节过程中具有重要的生理学意义,然而其中诸多机制不详。对RSKs 在细胞信号通路中的重要调节作用进行分析与探讨,进一步了解与探索RSKs 分子。

Biological function of RSKs and their corresponding signaling mechanism

Abstract: Abstract: 90kDa ribosomal S6 kinases (RSKs) are the series of highly conserved Ser/Thr kinases acting downstream of MAPK kinases, which play indispensable roles in modulating mRNA transcription and protein translation. RSKs signaling has been reported to be involved in cell proliferation, cell differentiation, and cell endocytosis as well. However, little is known about the exact underlying mechanism. To discover RSKs-mediated signaling pathway probably will shed light on how RSKs execute their indispensable activities in life science. Therefore, this review addresses this issue, based on the so far discovered RSKs-mediated signaling pathway and their function in specific cellular procedures.
