蛋白质组学技术在中药复杂体系研究中的应用

摘 要:摘 要:系统生物学在中药复杂体系研究中的合理性和可行性已经得到了国内外中药研究者的广泛认可。在后基因组的时代,蛋白质组学成为系统生物学研究的重要组成部分,近年来蛋白质组学在中药复杂体系研究中的应用也已经有了很多成功的实例。现结合所在的实验室近年来开展的应用蛋白质组学技术对一些中药复杂体系进行的研究工作和对蛋白质组学主要研究技术在中药复杂体系研究中的应用思路进行了综述和探讨。

Abstract: Abstract: The feasibility and rationality of systems biology on the research of traditional Chinese medicine complex system have been well accepted by Chinese herb researchers in the world. In post-genomic era, proteomics is the most important part of systems biology. Recently there are some successful cases of using proteomic techniques in traditional Chinese medicinal research. In this review, based on the recent years’ research work, the authors documented and discussed the possible application ideas of the main techniques of proteomics in the research of traditional Chinese medicine complex system.
