HER-2在胃癌研究中的新进展

摘　要：摘　要：HER-2 基因是一个编码人类表皮生长因子受体的基因。近年来发现，HER-2 在胃癌的发生发展过程中起着重要的作用，HER-2 基因扩增与胃癌的转移及预后密切相关。现就对胃癌中HER-2 的检测方法、HER-2 与胃癌转移及预后的关系及主要的信号转导通路、抗HER-2 的单克隆药物应用等作一综述。

Roles of HER-2 in gastric cancer

Abstract: Abstract: HER-2 is a gene encoding human epidermal growth factor receptor. Recent studies show that the HER-2 gene plays a very important role in the development and progression of gastric cancer. In addition， there is a close relation between HER-2 overexpression and the metastasis and prognosis of gastric cancer. This article provides a review on the detection of HER-2 in gastric cancer， the relationship between HER-2 overexpression and gastric cancer metastasis and prognosis and the main involved signal transduction pathways， and the clinical application of anti-HER-2 monoclonal antibody.
