神经干细胞治疗脊髓损伤的现状及移植途径

摘　要：摘　要：脊髓损伤是一种常见的神经系统创伤性疾病，临床尚缺乏有效的治疗方法，干细胞移植治疗脊髓损伤是目前研究的主要方向。除移植细胞的筛选与诱导外，适合的移植途径对干细胞治疗可以起到一定的促进作用。对神经干细胞移植途径的研究，能更有效地发挥其在受损脊髓中的作用。本文对脊髓损伤的现状和神经干细胞移植途径的研究进展作一综述。

Status and transplantation ways of neural stem cell in injured spinal cord

Abstract: Abstract: Spinal cord injury (SCI) is one of the common nervous system traumatic diseases. It is still difficult to find a good method for the treatment of spinal cord injury， transplantation of neural stem cells into spinal cord is the main research trends. In addition to cell screening and induction， transplantation is the key to the treatment. The study of methods of neural stem cells (NSCs) transplantation might improve the function of NSCs in the injured spinal cord. This paper introduces the advances of the spinal cord injury and NSCs transplantation way.
