通过胞啃机制获得HLA-G对免疫细胞功能的影响

摘 要:摘 要:人类白细胞抗原-G (human leukocyte antigen G, HLA-G) 属于非经典HLA I 类分子,是机体内重要的免疫耐受分子。正常生理条件下,HLA-G 表达具有组织局限性。功能研究显示,HLA-G 与表达在免疫细胞表面的受体结合直接发挥免疫抑制功能,或通过诱导产生调节性T 细胞(regulatory T cells, Treg),或通过胞啃(trogocytosis) 机制产生HLA-Gpos 免疫细胞间接参与机体的免疫耐受。就HLA-G 胞啃机制及其功能作一综述。

The effects of HLA-G acquisition on immune cells through trogocytosis

Abstract: Abstract: Human leukocyte antigen-G (HLA-G), a non-classical HLA class I molecule, is an import antimmunotolerant factor. HLA-G expression is highly tissue-restricted in physiological conditions. HLA-G can directly inhibit the activation of a variety of immune cells by binding to receptors, or indirectly inhibit the immune response by inducing regulatory T cells or by producing HLA-Gpos immune cells through trogocytosis. In the present review, we discussed current findings on the HLA-G acquisition through trogocytosis and its function.
