酿酒酵母HOG途径中Rck2结构与功能的研究进展

摘 要:摘 要:酿酒酵母HOG 途径是经典的MAPK 级联反应之一,也是酿酒酵母在高渗胁迫下进行信号转导、调节细胞生长所必需的高度保守的一条途径。在细胞质中,存在着一种丝氨酸/ 苏氨酸蛋白激酶Rck2,能被Hog1 磷酸化而具有激酶活性,在细胞生长过程中发挥重要作用。现对Rck2 结构与功能、Rck2 转录水平的调控以及下游底物研究进展、Rck2 与氧化胁迫之间的关系等方面进行综述。

Abstract: Abstract: HOG pathway is one of the classical MAP kinase cascades, as well as a high conserved and essential pathway required by signal transduction and regulating cell growth under high osmolar conditions in Saccharomyces cerevisiae. In cytoplasm, there is a Ser/Thr protein kinase Rck2, which shows kinase activity when phosphorylated by Hog1, plays significant roles during the cell growth process. This review summarized the structure and function of Rck2, the regulative mechanism at transcriptional level, the current research of its substrate, and the relationship with oxidative stress.
