维生素D与癌症：研究现状和展望

摘　要：摘　要：维生素D 作为一类脂溶性必需维生素参与体内多种生物学过程，具有预防和治疗佝偻病、老年性骨折等功能。维生素D 不仅影响钙、磷的吸收和贮存，近年来研究发现体内维生素D 状态与多种肿瘤的发生发展显著相关，维生素D 水平与肿瘤关系成为肿瘤研究领域热点。就维生素D 和多种肿瘤如乳腺癌、结直肠癌之间的相关性研究现状和进展进行综述，并针对维生素D 在肿瘤发生发展中的分子机制及其临床应用进行探讨和展望。

Vitamin D and cancer: present status and future prospects

Abstract: Abstract: Vitamin D is a fat-soluble essential vitamin that participates in a variety of biological processes， especially in preventing and treating of rickets and senile fracture. Besides of its effect on the absorption and storage of calcium and phosphorus， experimental data suggest a protective effect of vitamin D on cancer. The relationship between vitamin D and cancer has become a hot topic in cancer research. Here， we briefly review the relationship between vitamin D and a variety of cancers， such as breast cancer and colorectal cancer， and have a discussion on the molecular mechanisms and clinical applications of vitamin D in cancer.
