细胞因子在肝纤维化基因治疗中的研究进展

摘 要:

摘 要:肝纤维化是慢性肝损伤的修复反应过程,其形成机制较为复杂,各种细胞因子彼此相互作用,形成细胞因子网络,共同调控肝纤维化的发生、发展。因此,肝纤维化的治疗也应采取综合措施。本文就几种重要的细胞因子,如转化生长因子b、肝细胞生长因子、g-干扰素、白细胞介素-10、基质金属蛋白酶及其抑制剂和肝再生增强因子等治疗肝纤维化的研究进展作一简要概述。

Gene therapy progress of cytokines in hepatic fibrosis

Abstract:

Abstract: Hepatic fibrosis is a process of healing and scarring in response to chronic liver injury, and the mechanism of hepatic fibrosis is complicated. The idea for therapy of liver fibrosis should pay attention to complex treatments. A big number of cytokines play important roles in the pathogenesis of hepatic fibrosis. This review focuses on the lately advanced progress on some important cytokines, including transforming growth factor-b (TGF-b), hepatocyte growth factor (HGF),immunoreactive fibronectin-γ (IFN-γ), interleukin-10(IL-10), matrix metalloproteinases (MMP), tissue inhibitor of metalloproteinase (TIMP) and augmentor of liver regeneration (ALR).
