前列腺素代谢与心血管疾病

摘 要:摘 要:前列腺素是一组重要脂质介质,由细胞膜磷脂释放的游离花生四烯酸经过级联酶促反应代谢合成。它们通过旁分泌或自分泌的方式和靶细胞上的特异受体结合而发挥作用,参与了许多生理和病理过程。近年来通过一系列的小鼠模型和临床试验研究,前列腺素代谢及其受体与心血管疾病这一领域取得了引人注目的发现。本文归纳了前列腺素代谢及其受体在心血管疾病,如动脉粥样硬化、血栓性疾病、血管重塑、高血压中的重要新功能及其潜在的临床应用价值。

Prostaglandin and cardiovascular diseases

Abstract: Abstract: The prostaglandins are a group of key lipid mediators derived from cascade of enzymatic reactions of free arachidonic acids released by membrane phospholipase. They are involved in numerous physiological and pathological processes by acting on their specific receptors in the target cells through a paracrine or autocrine manner. Recently, the roles of prostaglandins and their receptors in cardiovascular diseases have been widely investigated through transgenic mouse models and even clinical trials. Here we summarized the recent research progresses on prostaglandins/receptors-mediated signaling in cardiovascular diseases, e.g., atherosclerosis, thrombosis, vascular remodeling and hypertension, and the potential clinical applications as well.
