分子人类学中的单核苷酸突变检测方法的研究进展

摘 要:摘 要:以单核苷酸多态性(single nucleotide polymorphisms, SNPs)为代表的第三代遗传标记已经广泛用于群体遗传学、疾病相关性分析、基因作图及药物研究等领域,是后基因组时代的人类学研究焦点之一。对应用于分子人类学的SNPs检测方法的原理、应用、优缺点等进行了介绍,并对SNP高通量检测技术的发展进行了展望。

Approaches for SNPs genotyping in molecular anthropology

Abstract: Abstract: The third-generation genetic markers, single nucleotide polymorphisms(SNPs), have been prevalently applied in population genetics, correlation analysis of disease, gene mapping, and pharmacology, being one of the focal points in anthropology research of  post-genome era. In this review, we discussd the methods of SNP-detection in molecular anthropology, and gave an outlook for high-throughput SNPs-detecting technologies.
