IL-1及其受体拮抗剂与支气管哮喘

摘　要：摘　要：白细胞介素-1(IL-1)是炎症反应中的重要因子，介导多种慢性炎症性疾病，近年来发现其在呼吸系统变态性疾病(如哮喘)中起重要作用。IL-1ra与 IL-1α、IL-1β共为 IL-1的家族成员。IL-1和IL-1ra之间浓度的失衡是变应性哮喘炎症发生的重要原因之一，且以此可以作为治疗哮喘的重要靶点。主要对IL-1及 IL-1ra 与支气管哮喘的关系及治疗中的研究进展进行概述。

IL-1 and IL-1 receptor antagonist in bronchial asthma

Abstract: Abstract: As an important factor in the inflammatory response， interleukin -1 (IL-1) induces a variety of chronic inflammatory diseases. Recent studies have shown that IL-1 plays an important role in abnormalism diseases of respiratory system (such as asthma). IL-1ra and IL-1α， IL-1β are members of IL-1 family， and studies suggest that the imbalance between IL-1 and IL-1ra is the main reason for the inflammation of allergic asthma and it can be an important target to treatment of asthma. This review will discuss what IL-1 and IL-1ra do in pathological process and treatment of bronchial asthma.
