摘 要:硒及硒蛋白的分子生物学及功能学研究是近年生命科学中的热点领域。对硒的生物利用过程、硒蛋白合成机制、硒蛋白功能的分子机制及其在胰岛素信号转导、血糖、血脂代谢中的作用进行综述。

Abstract: Abstract: Illustrating functional genomics of micronutrient selenium and selenium-dependent proteins signifies one of the hottest areas of new life sciences. This review offers an updated analysis on the biological cycle of selenium, the biosynthesis of selenoproteins, and the physiological roles of these proteins in insulin signaling, glucose homeostasis, and lipid metabolism.
