TRPC1和Ca2+在帕金森病内质网应激中的作用

摘 要:

摘 要:帕金森病是一种常见的神经系统退行性疾病,内质网应激在帕金森病发病过程中具有重要的作用。瞬时受体电位阳离子通道1(transient receptor potential channel 1, TRPC1)是非选择性的阳离子通道,主要位于细胞膜上,可以调节Ca2+的内流和抑制内质网应激所致的神经元凋亡。Ca2+是细胞内重要的第二信使,其浓度的稳定对维持细胞的功能起着重要作用。内质网是细胞内Ca2+储存的重要细胞器。因此,TRPC1和Ca2+在帕金森病中起着重要作用。综述了TRPC1和Ca2+与帕金森病内质网应激的相关进展。

The role of TRPC1 and Ca2+ in the endoplasmic reticulum stress of Parkinson′s disease

Abstract:

Abstract: Parkinson′s disease is a common neurodegenerative disease. Endoplasmic reticulum stress plays an important role in the pathogenesis of Parkinson′s disease. Transient receptor potential channel 1 (TRPC1) is a non-selective cation channel which locates in the cell membrane, and regulates Ca2+ influx and plays roles in inhibiting apoptosis by endoplasmic reticulum stress. Ca2+ is an important intracellular second messenger, and the balance of Ca2+ level plays important roles in sustaining cellular functions. Endoplasmic reticulum is an important organelle of storing Ca2+. Therefore, TRPC1 and Ca2+ play an important role in Parkinson′s disease. This paper reviews the progress in relationship between the TRPC1, Ca2+ and endoplasmic reticulum stress in Parkinson′s disease.
