摘 要:

 摘 要:非编码RNA (noncoding RNA, ncRNA)是人类基因组学研究的重要领域,其中长度超过200 bp的长链非编码RNA (long non-coding RNA, LncRNA),占80%以上。肺腺癌转移相关转录子1 (metastasis-associated lung adenocarcinoma transcript 1, MALAT1)属LncRNA家族重要成员,伴随着MALAT1亚细胞结构定位特点、招募SR蛋白家族作用及其在多种人类恶性肿瘤中异常表达等现象逐步揭示,其与炎症-肿瘤间可能存在的关系也将成为进一步研究的焦点,结合MALAT1的分子生物学特点作一综述。

Abstract:

Abstract: Non-coding RNA(ncRNA) is an significant subject on homo sapiens genomics research, and the long non-coding RNAs(LncRNAs) which have more than 200 nucleotides make up over 80% of the ncRNA component. With the acquaintance and progress of the genomic transcription regulation, LncRNAs gradually became a hot spot for researchers and gain lots of attention. Metastasis-associated lung adenocarcinoma transcript 1(MALAT1) is one of the important LncRNA family members.Under context that of the discovery on MALAT1 subcellular structure positioning, SR protein family recruiting function and abnormal MALAT1 expression observed in variety human malignant tumors, the correlation ship between MALAT1 and inflammation-cancer mechanism reveals a focal point on research. This review mainly discusses the biological function of MALAT1 and its probable relationship with inflammation-cancer mechanism.
