抗肿瘤药物的研发态势分析

摘　要：摘　要：恶性肿瘤(癌症)是导致人类死亡的主要原因之一，为此，全球各国的研究者进行了大量的研究。本文分析了抗肿瘤药物近年来的研究进展和趋势，特别对分子靶向抗肿瘤药物、生物标志物在抗肿瘤药物治疗中的应用，以及肿瘤治疗性疫苗的研究进展进行了总结。

Research progress and developing trends on anti-tumor drugs

Abstract: Abstract: Malignant neoplasms (cancer) is a leading cause of death worldwide， lots of scientists in the world therefore aims at developing new antitumor drugs for decades. This paper analyses the new patterns of antitumor drug R&D， in particular， summarizes the new profiles of recent molecular targeted anticancer agents， the applications of biomarkers in anticancer drug treatment， as well as therapeutic cancer vaccines under development.
