摘 要:摘 要:FoxO1是FoxO亚家族中发现最早的转录因子。PI3K/PKB信号通路主要通过调控FoxO1中的苏氨酸、丝氨酸以及赖氨酸残基的磷酸化修饰而使其穿梭于细胞核内外,最终导致FoxO1转录活性的改变。这种改变在机体细胞的增殖、凋亡、分化和抵抗氧化应激等方面发挥重要作用。对转录因子FoxO1在糖尿病、肿瘤及代谢疾病中的作用机制进行综述。

Abstract: Abstract: FoxO1 is a member of the FoxO subfamily of transcription factors found in the earliest. PI3K/AKT signal pathway mainly mediates threonine/serine/lysine phosphorylation of FoxO1 at three sites, which results in its nuclear exclusion and cytoplasmic sequestration and the changes in the transcription activity of FoxO1. This change plays an important role in cell proliferation, apoptosis, differentiation and resistance to oxidative stress. Consequently, our goal focuses on the transcription factor FoxO1 in diabetes, tumor and metabolic disease.
