表位疫苗的设计及应用研究进展

摘 要:摘 要:表位疫苗相对传统疫苗拥有较多优势,其最大的优点就是可以克服传统疫苗造成的毒力恢复或散毒的可能。另外表位疫苗本身无毒、稳定,符合未来疫苗发展的方向。表位疫苗的设计需要从表位的筛选、优化及表位的组合等多方面展开。现对表位疫苗的设计策略及应用作一介绍。

Abstract: Abstract: Comparing to traditional vaccines, epitope-vaccine displays many advantages. The most outstanding advantage for epitope-vaccine is that it can avoid the disadvantages of virus-excretion and virulence recovery. In addition, the epitope-vaccine is atoxic and stable. Therefore, the epitope-vaccine meets to the developing direction of future vaccine. Design of epitope-vaccine needs to carry out from epitope-screening, optimization and assemblage of epitopes, etc. Presently, we will give an introduction to designing strategy and application of epitopevaccine.
