摘 要:摘 要:鸟氨酸脱羧酶抗酶I(ornithine decarboxylase antizyme 1, OAZ1) 是调节细胞内多胺含量的重要因子,参与细胞生长与分化、胚胎发育、基因表达调控等重要生理过程,也是抗肿瘤治疗的潜在分子靶点。简要综述鸟氨酸脱羧酶抗酶I 在结构与功能,及其调控多胺代谢机制方面的研究进展。

Abstract: Abstract: Ornithine decarboxylase antizyme I is an important factor in regulating intracellular polyamine content and involves in cell growth and differentiation, embryonic development, gene expression regulation, and other important physiological processes. It is also a potential molecular target for anti-tumor therapy. This paper reviews the research progress for ornithine decarboxylase antizyme I in the structure, function, and the mechanism for regulating polyamine metabolism.
