活性氧与自噬的研究进展

摘 要:摘 要:活性氧(reactive oxygen species, ROS) 和自噬在人体内作用广泛,且与人类的健康密切相关。两者之间关系复杂,ROS 作为诱导自噬的信号分子,参与多种诱导自噬的信号途径,在自噬的形成过程中起着重要作用,而自噬具有减少ROS 损伤的作用。对ROS 与自噬之间的关系,包括ROS 介导自噬的分子机制,以及ROS 和自噬在肿瘤、神经退行性疾病和衰老中的作用进行综述。

Research advances in ROS and autophagy

Abstract: Abstract: Reactive oxygen species (ROS) and autophagy have an extensive role in the human body. As a signaling molecule involved in various signaling pathways induced autophagy, ROS plays an important role in the autophagy. In this article we discussed the relationship between autophagy and ROS, as well as the latest research progress of ROS-mediated molecular mechanism underlying ROS-mediated autophagy. The roles of ROS-mediated autophagy in cancer, neurodegenerative diseases and aging are also included.
