水稻普通矮缩病研究进展

摘 要: 摘 要:水稻普通矮缩病( 又称普矮病),是由叶蝉传播的一类病毒性病害,近年来有扩散的趋势。该病在水稻上的发病症状表现为感病植株矮小、无效分蘖增多、根系发育不良、叶片僵直、不能抽穗,造成水稻减产和绝收,给粮食生产安全带来巨大威胁。主要就病原及其介体、病毒检测方法、基因工程及RNA 干扰技术培育抗病性种质及品种筛选等方面对近年来水稻普通矮缩病相关研究进展进行阐述,为该病的深入研究特别是基因工程育种提供参考。

Abstract: Rice Dwarf Virus (RDV) is a class of virus disease, which is propagatively transmitted to rice, maize and other plant hosts by rice leafhopper. It was first found in the area south of Changjiang of China, Japan, and Southeast of Asia. And the harmful influence of such disease tends to be serious recently. Rice RDV usually leads to severe growth abnormalities, such as severe dwarfing, more ineffective tillerings, poorly development roots, rigidity leaf with almost no heading, and has made a huge threat to security of food production and safty. In this paper, the
information of pathogen of RDV and its’ mediator, the virus detection methods, and the rice cultivation progresses for RDV resistance and screening, especially the rice materials obtained by RNA interference, were collected and summarized. It will be helpful for the disease resistance investigation in agricultural production and shed some light for genetic engineering of disease resistance in rice breeding and cultivations.
