摘　要：摘　要：ncRNA通过多种机制调控着基因的表达，生物信息学、基因组SELEX技术及微阵列分析等方法在ncRNA的研究中发挥了重要作用，导致在最近5年发现了大量的新ncRNA，本文就研究ncRNA的各种方法作一简要介绍。

Advances in the research technology of ncRNA

Abstract: Abstract: ncRNA plays an important role in regulating gene expression by various mechanisms. Many approaches, such as bioinformatics, genomic SELEX technology, and microarray analysis, were applied to study ncRNA, resulting in the discovery of a large number of new ncRNAs in recent five years. Here we briefly summarize these methods for identifying and validating ncRNA.
