大气可吸入颗粒物对肺组织损伤机制的研究进展

摘 要:摘 要:大量的流行病学研究表明,大气可吸入颗粒物(PM10)的污染水平与心肺系统疾病的死亡率存在密切联系,但其确切的毒理机制尚未阐明。本文对近年来国内外有关大气可吸入颗粒物对肺组织的损伤机制的研究进行了综述,从氧化损伤和炎性损伤两个方面对大气可吸入颗粒物的毒理学机制进行阐述。

Abstract: Abstract: Many epidemiologic studies have shown that the increase in mortality of cardiovascular and respiratory diseases is closely associated with elevated level of ambient respirable particulate matter, however, the toxicological mechanisms of PM10 still remain unresolved. The study progress in oxidative damage and inflammatory injury effects of PM10 on alveolar tissue were reviewed.
