大脑前额叶是怎样处理空间信息的

摘 要:我们的大脑可能使用多个参考系来处理空间信息,比如使用“自我为中心的参考系”和“以大环境为参考系”来处理空间信息。灵长类大脑前额叶位于大脑皮层额叶的前端,尽管对前额叶在脑高级功能中的作用谁都不会怀疑,但很多具体的细节还是不甚清楚,比如背侧大脑前额叶在处理工作记忆信息时,是否处理所有的空间工作记忆信息?该文首先回顾对前额叶的研究情况,然后讨论背侧前额叶在处理自我为中心的空间信息中的作用,最后指出背侧前额叶仅对自我为中心的空间信息处理负责,而与大环境为中心的空间信息处理无关。

Abstract:

Abstract:When our brain processes the spatial information, it may use several information frames to process it, e.g. an allocentric spatial frame (using the geometrical relation between objects in space as reference, independent from the observer抯 position) and a egocentric spatial frame (using the observer抯 position as the reference). The prefrontal cortex (PFC) is the anterior part of the frontal lobes of the brain in primates. Although the importance of the PFC for higher-order cognitive functions is largely undisputed, many details are still not clear. For example whether the dorsal-lateral PFC (dlPFC) involved in all of the spatial information processing in the working memory (WM) process. In this paper, we will briefly introduce the PFC and the problems we meet about the top down information processing in PFC and will discuss the egocentric reference frame located in the  dlPFC. We will then emphasize that the dlPFC is related to egocentric information process
