非编码RNA在骨骼肌发育中的功能

摘　要：摘 要：近几年的研究表明，非编码RNA的功能几乎涉及生命活动的各个方面。非编码RNA在骨骼肌发育中的功能研究揭示了骨骼肌发育调控的复杂性。该文总结了骨骼肌发育中非编码RNA的系统发现与鉴定以及非编码RNA在骨骼肌发育和再生中的功能研究。

Non-protein coding RNAs in muscle development

Abstract: Abstract: Functional studies have demonstrated that non-protein coding RNAs (ncRNAs) play critical roles in a wide spectrum of biological processes. The implication of ncRNAs in the regulation of muscle development highlights the complexity of the regulatory network underlining the vertebrate myogenesis. Herein， we reviewed the systematic identification and characterization of ncRNAs during muscle development. The functional studies of ncRNAs during muscle development and regeneration were also included.
