部分国家医学科技发展战略比较初探

摘　要：摘  要：该文选取美国“NIH医学研究路线图”计划、“德国健康研究路线图”计划、英国“最好的研究为至上的健康”医学研究战略，以及南非“通过科学研究建立健康国家”战略(2005—2010年)，分别从战略制定过程、战略内容(包括战略目标、重点和措施)做比较，最后总结了上述战略的特点，为我国制定医学科技发展战略提供启示。

Comparison of health S&T development strategies of several countries

Abstract: Abstract: To analyze the NIH roadmap for medical research (USA)， Roadmap for the German Health Research Program (Germany)， Best Research for Best Health (UK)， Building a Healthy Nation through Research (South Africa)， by comparing their strategies formulation processes and strategies including goals， priority areas and measures， and summarizing their characteristics， thus to provide worthwhile suggestions for China抯 health S&T strategy development.
