摘 要:根据生物系统中存在信息传递并且需要高度稳定性的特性,现代通信工程中的纠错编码理论被应用于生物遗传序列的研究和测试系统的设计。该文介绍其分析基础和现有应用并对未来研究展望。

Abstract: Abstract: Based on the feature that information is stored and transmitted in living systems with request of high stablity, error-correction coding theory of modern communication engineering is employed for study of genetic sequences and design of biological test systems. The basis, the current applications and the perspectives of the method are presented in this article.
