Id-1在恶性肿瘤发生中的作用及其机制

摘 要:摘 要: 分化抑制因子-1(inhibitor of differentiation protein 1, Id-1)是Id转录调节蛋白家族成员之一,属于螺旋-环-螺旋蛋白超家族成员。早期对Id-1的研究认为其主要作用是负向调节正常细胞的分化。近年来研究表明,Id-1在多种肿瘤中过表达并通过多条信号通路促进肿瘤的发生,现就Id-1在肿瘤发生中的作用及其作用机制作一综述。

The roles and mechanisms of Id-1 in tumorigenesis

Abstract: Abstact: Id-1 (inhibitor of differentiation protein 1) is a member of Id protein family, belongs to the helix-loop-helix proteins superfamily. Early studies have shown that Id-1 mainly acted as a negative regulator of cell differetiation. Recently, Id-1 overexpression has been found in plenty of cancers by promoting tumorigenesis through several  signal pathways. This review will focus on the roles of Id-1 in tumorigenesis and its relative mechanisms.
